Chinese steelmakers argue for application of antitrust standards
A US trade regulator sought guidance yesterday on whether a complainant against Chinese steelmakers must show antitrust injury from an alleged price-fixing scheme, and at least two commissioners indicated that they saw no such requirement in the law.
