Chinese auto group retracts pricing pledge over antitrust worries

A major Chinese automotive trade group has walked back on a pledge signed by 16 electric vehicle makers to avoid “abnormal pricing” after recognising the commitment violated the spirit of the country’s Anti-Monopoly Law.
