China says Qualcomm/NXP was anticompetitive
A day after Qualcomm abandoned its $44 billion purchase of NXP semiconductors, China’s State Administration for Market Regulation said the latest iteration of the deal did not solve the enforcer’s concerns about its impact on competition.
