Certifying UK class actions as opt-out would be “extraordinary”, EU Forex cartelists argue
Two competing UK class action claims that the UK’s Competition Appeal Tribunal previously rejected should not proceed against members of the EU Forex cartel on an opt-out basis as the claimants face no “practical obstacles to justice”, the defendant banks have argued.
