CAT stays train operator class action over expert withdrawal

The UK’s Competition Appeal Tribunal has stayed a £400 million opt-out abuse of dominance collective action against Govia Thameslink Railway and will decide this summer whether to revoke certification after the claimants’ expert economist withdrew from the case.
