CAT rejects mitigation defence in ball bearings cartel claim
The UK’s Competition Appeal Tribunal has refused to allow a member of the EU ball bearings cartel to argue that Fiat-Chrysler mitigated any loss it suffered as a result of the collusion by reducing supply costs for other goods and services.
