CAT eyes possibility of combined ro-ro damages trial in “novel” case management ruling

The UK’s Competition Appeal Tribunal has signalled its intent to combine two separate damages claims against the global roll-on, roll-off shipping cartel but acknowledged it cannot make such an order now as both lawsuits are still in the early stages.
