CAT dismisses “premature” voluntary disclosure request in car shipping claim

The UK’s specialist competition tribunal has rejected a request by defendants in the roll-on, roll-off collective proceedings to send voluntary disclosure letters to certain class members, ruling that such an approach puts “the cart before the horse”.
