CAT awards Meta costs but £2.2 billion class action to continue

The UK’s Competition Appeals Tribunal has ordered Liza Lovdahl Gormsen to reimburse Meta £650,000 in costs that it “pointlessly incurred” when responding to her failed certification bid, as the claimant gears up for a second attempt at proceeding with her £2.2 billion class action against the company.
