Cartelist’s right to fair hearing not infringed, ECtHR rules
The European Court of Human Rights has dismissed an appeal by an asphalt company that was fined for participating in a cartel, ruling that its right to a fair hearing was not infringed when a local court relied on hearsay evidence from unidentified sources.
