Cardell: CMA approach in Meta/Giphy is being replicated

The UK antitrust enforcer’s analysis of dynamic competition that led to it blocking Meta’s acquisition of Giphy is now being reproduced across “a number of different” jurisdictions, the watchdog's chief executive has said.
