Canadian tribunal asked to drop Coca-Cola consent agreement

The Coca-Cola Company has asked Canada’s Competition Tribunal to rescind a behavioural remedy it agreed with the country’s antitrust enforcer during the acquisition of its bottling arm, because it has since sold off that business.
