Canadian court upholds rejection of DRAM class action

Canada’s Federal Court of Appeal has upheld a lower court’s refusal to certify a €665 million antitrust class action against Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix and Micron Technology, holding that certification is an important screening process that must allow for some merits-based analysis.
