Canadian court puts e-books appeal on hold

Canada’s Federal Court yesterday stayed Kobo’s application for a judicial review of the second round of Competition Bureau e-book settlements, in order to let the country’s specialist competition tribunal rule on whether Canada has jurisdiction over the alleged e-book price-fixing.
