Canada’s enforcer sued for neglect

Canadian technology firm TPG Technology Consulting on Monday filed an unprecedented lawsuit against five current and former members of Canada’s Competition Bureau, including its current commissioner, alleging that their neglect led the bureau to bring unfounded criminal bid-rigging claims against the company.
