Canada secures third fine in Québec ventilation case

Canada’s Competition Bureau yesterday secured its third guilty plea in an ongoing probe of bid rigging in ventilation contracts in high-rise construction, after a ventilation company agreed to pay a C$140,000 (€94,400) fine.
