Canada clears airlines of predatory pricing

Canada's Competition Bureau has cleared a carrier of allegations it acted with a codeshare partner to force another operator out of a North Canadian market, and confirmed the closure on efficiencies grounds of an investigation of that carrier's 2015 asset purchase.
