Brexit may raise CMA’s merger workload by 50%, Coscelli says

The acting head of the UK’s competition authority says the loss of a “one-stop shop” for deals will increase the agency’s merger reviews by up to 50%, but is optimistic that relationships with other antitrust enforcers around the world will continue to develop even after the UK leaves the European Union.
