Brazil limits food delivery platform’s exclusivity clauses

Brazil’s competition tribunal has approved a settlement between the national antitrust enforcer and the country’s largest food delivery platform to suspend two separate but related abuse of dominance probes after the company agreed to limit the scope of its exclusivity clauses with restaurants.
