Booking.com can be sued where anticompetitive harm occurs, ECJ rules

A German hotel that listed its rooms on Booking.com can bring a standalone abuse of dominance action in the member state it operates in, despite the platform being based in the Netherlands, the European Court of Justice has ruled.
