Australian judge suspends prison terms in first individual cartel sentences
An Australian judge has issued the first-ever prison sentences to individuals convicted of breaching the country's cartel rules, although the four defendants will avoid serving any time in jail for their conspiracy to fix exchange rates if they comply with good behaviour orders.
