Australian court fines "devious” auto parts maker

An Australian judge has said Yazaki’s rigging tenders for wire harnesses was “deliberate, sophisticated and devious” – but imposed a A$9.5 million (€6 million) fine that was a fraction of the penalty sought by Australia’s antitrust watchdog.
