Argentina fines pay-TV companies for discriminatory access conditions

Argentina’s economy ministry has sanctioned two pay-TV companies owned by Grupo Clarín for preventing an América Móvil subsidiary from offering bundled services to consumers in the country’s capital and several other cities.
