UK courts made a “nonsense” of Visa/Mastercard litigation, says former CAT president

Sir Christopher Bellamy has said that UK courts made a “nonsense” of the interchange fee claims against Visa and Mastercard, and the country “urgently needs” US-style judicial panels to hear common issues in cases brought by multiple claimants.
