Ofcom decision is “unprecedented” and “simply wrong”, Royal Mail claims

Royal Mail’s counsel has claimed that the UK’s communications regulator put forward “remarkable and unprecedented developments” when it fined the postal company £50 million last year for abusing its dominance through discriminatory pricing.
