This time it's personal: director disqualification in the UK

On 1 December 2016, the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority announced that Trod Ltd managing director Daniel Aston had provided a disqualification undertaking not to act as a director of any UK company for five years. This marked the first time the CMA has secured such a disqualification for a company found to have infringed competition law. Hogan Lovells partner Christopher Hutton examines the consequences.
