Argentina fines pharmacy organisations for collusion

Argentina’s National Commission for the Defence of Competition has fined three pharmacy organisations a total of about 6.5 million pesos (€266,400) for price cartelisation, restrictive advertising practices and anticompetitively regulating operating hours.
