Appeal is on point of principle, says water tanks appellant

Counsel to Balmoral Tanks said its appeal against the £130,000 (€147,000) fine imposed by the UK’s competition watchdog last year was on a point of principle – and that the cost of the litigation has already “substantially” outstripped the amount of the fine.
