The maker of Invisalign teeth aligners, which promises to straighten teeth and improve smiles, might be in more of a “grin and bear it” mood this week after a federal magistrate judge recommended that a rival be allowed to continue its antitrust case against the company. Also on Wednesday, the Eleventh Circuit heard a case brought by a company that makes the moulds for teeth aligners, SmileDirectClub, which is suing the Georgia dental board over restrictions on its business.
