Adios Anthony: The Tipline for 31 July 2018

Today Justice Anthony Kennedy steps down from the Supreme Court, which will now have an empty seat until his replacement is confirmed. The Senate judiciary committee has yet to announce a hearing date for Judge Brett Kavanaugh, but with the August recess lasting only until the end of next week there should be plenty of time for the nominee to meet with senators.
