AB InBev and Coors escape antitrust suit over exports

A Wisconsin brewery’s claim that Anheuser-Busch InBev and Molson Coors illegally restrained its beer export trade to a Canadian province can't be heard in US court because the alleged conduct is governed by a contract with the province, a federal judge has ruled.
