HMBC Rikrik Rizkiyana is the managing partner and founder of Rizkiyana & Iswanto Antitrust and Corporate Lawyers. He previously served the Indonesian Competition Commission as the head of the sub-directorate of case handling, and earned his law degree from the faculty of law at the University of Indonesia. He is an international associate member of the American Bar Association’s sections on antitrust law and international law, and one of the initiators of the Institute for Competition Studies in the faculty of law at the University of Indonesia, as well as the Indonesian Community for Competition and Consumer.
