Neil Davies
Neil is an associate in the EU and competition department at SJ Berwin in London and has been with the firm for five years. He studied law at Durham University and at the University of Cambridge gaining an LLM in European Law. He has also undertaken the Postgraduate Diploma in EC Competition Law at King's College London.
Neil has advised on a range of EU and UK competition and regulatory matters in relation to article 81/chapter I, article 82/chapter II, mergers and state aid as well as advising on competition litigation before the Competition Appeal Tribunal and Competition Commission.
