Will Sparks
Will is a lawyer based in the Brussels office. His practice covers all aspects of European and UK competition law, including merger control, antitrust, state aid and public procurement. Will has advised corporate clients in a wide range of business sectors on the competition compliance aspects of their transactions and commercial behaviour, such as supply/distribution, licensing and cooperation agreements. He regularly advises on the merger control approval of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and has represented clients in antitrust actions before the European Commission and European Courts. In the public sector, Will regularly advises government bodies and agencies on state aid, funding and procurement issues, in particular in relation to urban regeneration and R&D&I projects.
