Min-Ho Lee is a partner in Shin & Kim’s Seoul offices. Mr Lee’s practice focuses on antitrust matters. Highly reputed for his antitrust expertise, Mr Lee has advised and represented leading global companies from a wide range of industries in many precedent-setting antitrust cases. Mr Lee brings to Shin & Kim a distinguished combination of academic and practice expertise that makes him a key member of Shin & Kim’s antitrust and competition team.

From 2006 through 2008, Mr Lee served as the Director in charge of the Litigation Office of the Korea Fair Trade Commission where he played a pivotal role in devising key legal strategies for the Commission in a number of high-profile cases. Presently, Mr Lee is an executive director of the Korean Competition Law Association and an executive committee member of the Competition Law Centre of Seoul National University. Mr Lee is also a prolific writer who has authoured numerous articles on antitrust issues and a popular lecturer of antitrust laws at various universities in Korea.

Mr. Lee received his LLB and LLM degrees from Seoul National University. He also received an LLM degree from the University of California, Hastings College of Law. He is a member of the Korean Bar Association and the New York Bar Association.
