Andy heads Minter Ellison Rudd Watts’s competition and regulatory (antitrust) team. He advises on all competition and regulatory matters, including mergers, cartels and leniency applications, and pricing and access issues.
Andy has extensive experience dealing with competition regulators in New Zealand, the EU and the UK. He has a broad experience base, including work in the aviation, dairy, energy, finance, forestry, health, insurance, meat processing, media, postal services, shipping and telecommunications industries.
Andy is noted in various directories as a leading New Zealand competition lawyer and was included in the additional list of ‘Ones to Watch’ in Global Competition Review’s ‘Forty under 40’ in 2008.
