Yaroslav Kulik joined Art De Lex in 2006. He leads the firm’s antitrust/competition practice and advises clients on matters of competition regulation (including cartels, concerted actions, abuse of dominance, merger control in cross-border and domestic transactions, enforcement and antitrust litigation) and related legislation, public procurement and privatisation. Yaroslav has advised for many years on M&A transactions. He has an in-depth knowledge of a range of markets, including telecommunications, chemicals, insurance, infrastructure construction and real estate, sale and service maintenance of motor cars, car components, energy carriers and others.
Yaroslav graduated from the Russian Academy of Justice and is continuing his postgraduate education in this law school. His professional interests belong to private enforcement and damages actions.
He is a member of the International Bar Association and non-commercial partnership Competition Support Association (Russia). He is also deputy chairman of the law and legislative drafting committee of the National Association of Public Procurement Institutes (Russia).
Yaroslav regularly participates in international professional conferences and workshops, and publishes on the topical issues of his current practices.
