Optical disk drive makers say state is too late

The companies targeted in the optical disk drive antitrust litigation have issued a group defence against the state of Florida’s price-fixing lawsuit, arguing that the claims are untimely, concern purchases that are none of the state’s business, and inadequately plead direct purchaser standing.
