DC Circuit backs tougher test for class certification

A federal appeals court in Washington, DC, has sent a decision approving a class of antitrust plaintiffs back to a lower court, backing a recent US Supreme Court decision that appeared to raise the bar for class certification that relies on economic models to prove group damages.
