Canada tribunal dismisses Toronto real estate case

Canada’s Competition Tribunal has thrown out an abuse of dominance case against the Toronto Real Estate Board after finding that the Competition Bureau’s case against the association failed to clear the pleading hurdles established in a prior dominance case.
