Brazil ends tobacco dispute with Philip Morris settlement

Brazil’s Council for Economic Defence (CADE) has concluded a long-running dispute that pitted Philip Morris and British American Tobacco against each other by removing the last tobacco exclusivity agreements signed by Philip Morris.
