Ryanair loses bid to stop Aer Lingus investigation

The UK’s Competition Commission (CC) can continue its investigation of Ryanair’s minority ownership of Aer Lingus, after the Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT) rejected the carrier’s request to stop the probe.
