Camargo Corrêa obtains CADE approval for Cimpor control

Brazil's Council for Economic Defence (CADE) has approved Brazilian cement maker Camargo Corrêa’s €3 billion bid to acquire control of Portuguese cement company Cimpor, following an in-depth review spanning more than two years.
