CAT blocks Everything Everywhere appeal

The UK’s Competition Appeals Tribunal (CAT) has dismissed Everything Everywhere’s bid to prop up mobile termination rates, but has allowed the telecoms company to challenge a technicality that could question the UK’s Competition Commission’s ability to determine price control matters in the telecoms sector.
