Rosch says focus on consumer choice can bridge US/EU gap

Thomas Rosch, commissioner at the US Federal Trade Commission, says that antitrust agencies in the US and EU should work to reach a common understanding of consumer choice as a means to bridge a persistent gap in the way each country views anti-competitive conduct by single companies.
