Coca-Cola/Huiyuan decision sheds light on Mofcom, economist says

Su Sun was born and educated in China before moving to the US and becoming a senior economist with Economist Incorporated. By dint of his background, and day job, he has taken a close interest in China's fledgling antitrust regime. He agreed to answer some questions about Mofcom's recent denial of the Coca-Cola/Huiyuan merger .
