Jacqueline advises on a range of antitrust and merger control issues, including obtaining EU and UK merger control clearances, EU and UK investigations and issues, competition law risk management and compliance training. Jacqueline has expertise in sectors including lifesciences, financial services, TMC and energy.
Jacqueline’s experience includes advising financial institution clients in the context of several investigations under the Competition Act 1998, a potential claimant on the prospects of success of a claim for damages for breach of the Chapter II prohibition and a range of clients on compliance with EU and UK competition law. She also has particular expertise advising on the EU and UK regulatory framework for electronic communications.
Jacqueline qualified in September 2013. She is a member of the Law Society’s Competition Section and is a frequent author in various legal publications.
