Jacqueline advises on a range of antitrust and merger control issues, including obtaining EU and UK merger control clearances, EU and UK investigations and issues, competition law risk management and compliance training. Jacqueline has expertise in sectors including lifesciences, financial services, TMC and energy. Her experience includes in particular managing the merger control aspects of corporate transactions, dealing with EU and/or UK market studies and investigations, advising on the competition aspects of commercial agreements and more general compliance with competition law.Jacqueline also delivers training on competition law compliance and strategies, including in the event of a dawn raid by the EU or UK competition authorities.
Jacqueline’s experience includes advising financial institution clients in the context of several investigations under the Competition Act 1998, a potential claimant on the prospects of success of a claim for damages for breach of the Chapter II prohibition and a range of clients on compliance with EU and UK competition law.
Jacqueline qualified in September 2013 and joined the EU Competition team at CMS Cameron McKenna LLP at the end of 2015.
