Q&A: Alston & Bird’s John Snyder

John Snyder

Before becoming a partner at Alston & Bird last October, John Snyder served as counsel to assistant attorney general Bill Baer. He already had a decade at the Department of Justice’s antitrust division under his belt as a senior trial attorney in the transportation, energy and agriculture section. In a Q&A, Snyder demurred from giving the antitrust agencies advice, but told GCR USA how their bigger penalties could affect companies.
